Kumbh is slated to commence from January 15, 2019, and continue till March 4, 2019. People can get familiar with the concept with the help of their official app, the ‘Rail Kumbh Seva Mobile App’. The app will provide information regarding all the ‘Mela special’ trains that will be run during the period of the festival.
