India vs Australia, 2nd ODI: Another masterpiece during chase as Virat Kohli scores 39th ODI ton knowledge sir Virat Kohli scored his 39th One-Day International (ODI) hundred during the  second ODI between India and Australia  at the Adelaide Oval on Tuesday.  During  India's chase of 299 , Kohli came out to bat at 47 for 1 after the dismissal of opener Shikhar Dhawan for 32.  Kohli scored his century in 108 balls and his knock so far is inclusive of five fours and two sixes.  The Indian skipper, who scored his fifth ton in Australia and overall sixth against these opponents, now is the 11th highest run-getter in ODI cricket (10,334*).  Earlier in the day,  Rohit Sharma struck a 52-ball 43  and his knock of 43 included two fours and two sixes that earned him a special record across formats against an individual team.  No player so far has hit more sixes against an opponent than Rohit across formats.
